This place is amazing - the apartments are spotlessly clean and well designed with fantastic views in a very special location for exploring both the lake and the mountains. The highlight of our recent stay was the warm hospitality provided by the family - the best we have received in all our travels.
The views are gorgeous from this spot, the access to the local trail system unparalleled and the thoughtful approach of the owners comes through in the gorgeous design of the building, classy apartment furnishings, and care of their gardens. This family is top notch and their property is a reflection of them. Great place to stay! Highly recommend

The ‘Balance’ project is an immersive trail designed to offer an experience accessible to everyone, including the blind and visually impaired. Located in the woods of the TreeB Hut, the trail revolves around the natural elements (earth, air, water, and fire), stimulating sight, touch, hearing, and smell through interactive installations and NFC technology. It is an opportunity to reconnect with nature, rediscovering balance and serenity.
Our activities enhance listening skills and build trust among participants, in an energetic and fun atmosphere. This trail invites each visitor to slow down, appreciate the beauty of Lake Como, and rediscover the value of connecting with the surrounding environment.
