Make the most of your mountain stay by renting the entire chalet, which also includes the Menaggino and Brezza rooms. You will have at your disposal large common areas where you can all stay together, cook, relax and enjoy each other’s company.
The cabin can accommodate up to 15 people and is ideal for groups of friends, large families, or special events.
The Menaggino and Brezza rooms are perfect for organizing convivial lunches and dinners, participating in a cooking class, watching a movie, or playing a board game. If you rent the individual apartments, these rooms are not available unless you book them in advance.
Breva
The Breva apartment is the perfect choice for you if you dream of a relaxing and peaceful vacation in the mountains of Lake Como.
Located in the attic, accessible via a comfortable staircase, it offers an intimate and private atmosphere, ideal for those who want to disconnect from the daily routine.
Versatile and welcoming, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5/6 people. The living room, with TV and comfortable seating, has a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds, two single bunk beds and a single and a half bed.
The kitchenette, complete with induction hobs, a refrigerator, and everything you need to cook, will allow you to prepare delicious meals independently. A comfortable bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.
The secluded location makes it a true haven of peace, perfect for those who want to enjoy the silence and tranquility while admiring the town of Civenna and some glimpses of Lake Como.

Cozy and comfortable, the Tivano apartment is perfect for a stay for a couple or two couples of friends looking for a moment of relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature.
The living room houses the kitchen equipped with induction hobs and a refrigerator where you can prepare delicious breakfasts or romantic dinners.
Also in the living room, a comfortable table and a relaxation corner with TV and sofa bed that turns into a double bed.
On the same floor is the comfortable bathroom with shower.
Going down the stairs, you enter the cozy bedroom with a double bed (two single beds joined together) with a spacious walk-in closet.
The Tivano apartment can be connected to the Tramontana apartment, located on the same floor, via a sliding door. This allows you to create a single space, perfect for hosting up to 9 people.

The Tramontana apartment is ideal for families or groups of 5 people looking for a rustic but refined setting immersed in the tranquility of the mountains of Lake Como.
This apartment has a large living room with a kitchenette with induction hob, fridge and dishwasher, a sofa bed that converts into two single beds, TV, comfortable table.
Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and access to a private terrace.
Upstairs there is a double bed (two single beds joined together), a single bed and a second bathroom with a shower.
The Tramontana apartment can be connected to the Tivano apartment, located on the same floor, via a sliding door. This allows you to create a single space, perfect for hosting up to 9 people.
