HOW IT WORKS:

- All necessary equipment is provided by the organization.
- The water outing is preceded by a technical briefing on paddling.
- A detailed exploration of local history, the natural environment, and birdlife is included.
- The lake’s location allows you to fully enjoy the colors of the sunset. The result? A captivating atmosphere and stunning photos!
- The experience ends with a small aperitif offered to the guide

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Reservations: must be made no later than 7 days before the activity’s start time. Full payment by credit card is required in advance.
Full refund (after deducting the payment method’s commission): guaranteed for cancellations/renunciations made up to 3 days before the event.
100% Penalty: Applies to cancellations made within 3 days prior to the event, with no refund issued.
Cancellation/Withdrawal Notifications: Must be received by 12:00 AM of the indicated deadline via email at info@bellagiotreeb.it or via WhatsApp at +39 393.98.63.525.

Cancellations: Are considered confirmed only after receiving our confirmation.
Cancellations by BAITATREEB: In case of force majeure, the activity will be canceled, and a full refund will be guaranteed or a new date will be offered.
Weather and program changes: The weather conditions will be closely monitored by the activity organizer. In the event that the weather forecast is particularly unfavorable or could jeopardize safety, an email will be sent to inform you of the possible cancellation of the activity. Additionally, to ensure the safety of participants, the program may undergo changes during the activity, depending on weather and ground conditions.
