Weather and Cancellation Policy

The hike will take place even in overcast conditions or light rain. In case of severe weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, or weather alerts), the guide reserves the right to cancel the excursion for safety reasons. In such cases, the activity will be rescheduled to a new date or fully refunded.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking: Reservations must be made at least 7 days before the start of the activity. Full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking.
Full refund (after deducting the payment method’s commission): guaranteed for cancellations/renunciations made up to 3 days before the event.
100% Penalty: Applies to cancellations made within 3 days prior to the event, with no refund issued.
Cancellation/Withdrawal Notifications: Must be received by 12:00 AM of the indicated deadline via email at info@bellagiotreeb.it or via WhatsApp at +39 393.98.63.525.

Cancellations: Are considered confirmed only after receiving our confirmation.
Cancellations by BAITATREEB: In case of force majeure, the activity will be canceled, and a full refund will be guaranteed or a new date will be offered.

In the event that the weather forecast is particularly unfavorable or could jeopardize safety, an email will be sent to inform you of the possible cancellation of the activity.
