Meet Laura Rossi
My name is Laura Rossi, and my passion for cooking has deep roots: I grew up with my paternal grandmother, spending countless hours playing with doughs and fillings from a very young age. My fondest memories are of gnocchi and ravioli, and I can still dream of the scent of our apricot tart!
Learning and exploring new things is my passion, and I have a wide range of interests. After a scientific education, my love for creativity led me to a completely different path, and I earned a degree in fashion design. I worked for several years in the fashion industry until I felt the need to express myself through all the senses, not just sight. Food can be seen, smelled, listened to, touched, and, most importantly, tasted!
I attended professional courses, worked in prestigious kitchens, learned from experienced chefs, and found my path: being a personal chef is my way of expressing who I am.
My dishes tell the story of me and my travels, constant discoveries of ingredients and preparations that journey through markets and traditional recipes to reach the palates of my guests, blending cultures and flavors in unique fusions.
