Imagine arriving at the TreeB Cabin Bellagio on an e-bike, surrounded by the magnificent landscape of Lake Como.
Every Friday, at the meeting point at Bike It Bellagio, you can rent your bike and choose the route that best suits your abilities*.
Once you reach the cabin, you’ll be ready for a unique culinary experience, learning to prepare pasta, bread, or pizza with Master Francesco Bologna..

After renting your bike, you will download the GPX route and choose the path that best suits your abilities from the following options:
– Family Experience: Easy route, suitable for everyone.
– Adventure: More challenging route, for those who love adventure.
– Challenge: The most difficult route, for experienced cyclists.

The bike can be returned the following morning, by 9:00 AM, without any additional charges. Renting the GPS is recommended for better navigation, and it can be picked up directly at the Bike It Bellagio store.

Meet Maestro Francesco Bologna.

Francesco Bologna is a recognized professional whose passion for pizza and baking began at a young age. After graduating from the V. Titone Technical Institute for Hotel and Restaurant Services in Castelvetrano in 2010, he continued his journey with internships and collaborations at renowned luxury hotels, working alongside Michelin-starred chefs. Specializing in the art of gourmet pizza and alternative doughs, Francesco has refined a technique that combines craftsmanship, creativity, and a deep knowledge of raw materials. His dedication led him to establish an artisan production workshop, where exceptional products such as bread, pizza, pinsa, pastries, and large leavened goods are created, all made with high-quality, Italian-sourced ingredients.

Francesco Bologna is also the founder of the Masterclass Project Academy, an institution that trains new talents in the restaurant industry. The Academy offers training courses in pizza-making, bread-making, pastry, cooking, and mixology, combining theory and practice to create well-rounded professionals.

In 2023 alone, the pizza and bakery sector trained over 150 students, and the Academy is continuously expanding, with new locations in Italy and abroad planned for 2024. Francesco’s philosophy is based on learning by doing, offering a training experience that blends tradition and innovation.
