Meet Maestro Francesco Bologna?

Francesco Bologna is a recognized professional whose passion for the world of pizza and baking began at a young age. After graduating from the V. Titone Technical Institute for Hospitality and Culinary Services in Castelvetrano in 2010, he pursued his career through internships and collaborations with renowned luxury hotels, working alongside Michelin-starred chefs. Specializing in gourmet pizza and alternative doughs, Francesco has refined a technique that blends manual skill, creativity, and deep knowledge of raw materials. His dedication led him to establish an artisanal production workshop, creating exceptional products such as bread, pizza, pinsa, pastries, and large leavened goods, all made with high-quality, Italian-sourced ingredients.

The Masterclass Project Academy

Francesco Bologna is also the founder of the Masterclass Project Academy, an institution dedicated to training new talents in the culinary world. The Academy offers educational programs in pizzeria, baking, pastry, cuisine, and mixology, combining theory and practice to develop well-rounded professionals. In 2023 alone, the pizzeria and baking sectors trained over 150 students, and the Academy is continuously expanding, with new locations planned in Italy and abroad for 2024. Francesco’s philosophy is based on “learning by doing,” providing an educational experience that blends tradition and innovation.
