The ‘Balance’ project is an immersive trail designed to offer an experience accessible to everyone, including the blind and visually impaired. Located in the woods of the TreeB Hut, the trail revolves around the natural elements (earth, air, water, and fire), stimulating sight, touch, hearing, and smell through interactive installations and NFC technology. It is an opportunity to reconnect with nature, rediscovering balance and serenity.
Our activities enhance listening skills and build trust among participants, in an energetic and fun atmosphere. This trail invites each visitor to slow down, appreciate the beauty of Lake Como, and rediscover the value of connecting with the surrounding environment.

The views are gorgeous from this spot, the access to the local trail system unparalleled and the thoughtful approach of the owners comes through in the gorgeous design of the building, classy apartment furnishings, and care of their gardens.
